Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs provides private charters and bus services, please see our terms & conditions of carriage below. We are 100% Australian owned and operated family business located in Noosa, Queensland.
Methods of Payment
Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs accepts cash, credit card with a surcharge of 1.9% , PayPal or invoice payment.

Refund Policy
Greater than 7 days full refund provided
2 to 7 days 50% handling charge
2 days or less no refund
Carriage Rules
Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger that may be intoxicated or deemed to be at unacceptable risk to drivers or passengers. The driver has the decision to refuse all services, as well as forfeit 100% of payment. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if a passenger soils the vehicle with food, drink, or bodily fluids.
All passengers are required to wear a seat belt when vehicle is in transit.
- Any transfers after hours (9.30pm until 5.30am) will incur an additional 20%.
- Any transfers on a public holiday will incur a 20% public holiday surcharge
Liability
Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs does not accept any liability due to unforeseeable conditions and will monitor all flight arrivals. If a passenger has landed and does not make contact with the driver within 30minutes after arrival, we reserve the right to depart.
While every effort is made to collect every passenger at the airports, delays can happen, and no refund is given for missed connections to services and Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs is under no obligation to provide a replacement service.
Replacement services if available are priced at the discretion of management.
Customer Details
Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs requires customer contact numbers and where applicable flight numbers on all airport services as flights are monitored.
Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs will provide car seats where required by prearrangement.
Private Charter
Private Charters by definition are the exclusive use of an allocated vehicle from agreed point.
All private charters have a fixed start and end time.
By accepting the services of Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs, you agree to our driver terms and conditions.
All customer contacts remain the Intellectual Property of Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs. Any attempted use of customer contacts will result in prosecution in civil court.
AIRPORT TRANSFER CONDITIONS
Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs monitor closely all flight movements to make sure we meet you at your destination on time.
Domestic Arrivals – complimentary waiting of 25 minutes once plane has landed.
International Arrivals – complimentary waiting time of 40 minutes once plane has landed. An additional fee of $25 will be charged every 15 minutes thereafter.
Any unexpected commercial flight cancellations must be made aware to Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs ASAP to avoid a no-show / 100% cancellation fee.
Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs will do our best to provide you with the same transfer at a later time or date if available.
For any significant flight delays please contact Noosa Luxury Chauffeurs. We aim to try our best to provide an alternative transfer at the new arrival / pick up time.
